Does weapon speed and accuracy effect the success rate of parry, riposte, eparry..? |

I believe that weapon speed doesn't matter, and that it is just accuracy of the weapon that increases your chance of parrying. |

While we're on it, does reflex increase any of these? Or is it just for magic saves? |

Reflex is only for saves, although there are a few non-magical things that can trigger a save. |
