Do mana enchants help above and beyond max mana trains. Why are there no enchantments to help with art? |

Art was created to counter mods to saves. Mana enchants will add more mana, but will not increase mana regen. |

Art enchants would be broken. Mana enchants increase mana pool above max mana trains, but do not provide extra regen bonus. |
