Redeem is the fastest way to recover items from your corpse (but hardest to use frequently). But I sometimes wonder how many people remember that there is another unique command that can help you recover items after a death...

There are some places you can wander into that poltergeist will not help you. These are the areas I refer too. Believe me if I could polter my rear to a place I can get it on my own, I would have no need to request retrieval to cost less at certain times.
