No, it was not declined. Sakamoto said that if anything was owed to you, that he would claim it from the body and give it to you. His only condition was that YOU would not try to loot the corpse and claim it yourself, because he didn't want to risk you taking anything that wasn't owed to you. He may have said it a lot more eloquently than I just did, but eloquent or not, it's not like he was speaking a foreign language.

Sakamoto did give you the choice. You chose to be belligerent instead of actually acknowledging that choice. I have the log, and I can prove it. I'm not saying that you weren't RPing, I'm just saying that you RP'd a bullheaded jackwad and got treated like one. And if the Imms have any questions about the length of the charm, I will gladly give them the log. They can decide if any foul play was afoot. You're stretching everything out of proportion in order to try and justify your own [REDACTED] move on rage deleting. Simmer down.
