I remember seeing notes about Hagrel when I played Valaiden and entered the Hammer, Val stayed his curiousity as to why a man who was believed to be so Dangerous was allowed back in the Order. Although the question he needed to ask, 'Why would the Hammer allow someone into the Order, knowin yer crazy?' was answered.. 'Are we truly sane?'

I laughed when I told Hagrel that the Hammers were coming right for us when Nyphera and Terrell killed all of them in Exile (Although Nyphera bagged most of the kills as I reeeally didn't want to get outlawed). The more hilarious thing is that the then Justiciar pardoned both of us for all of the murders right after it happened.

As Ariya I really only spent one session with Hagrel and that was kicking in Gliknok's and Krog's teeth. Pretty impressive tanking from an age ticked merc with no hp trains.

Personally, I never understood why the Hagrel/Seago duo wasn't absolutely devastating in the PvP arena.

Here's hoping you don't go darkie too.

Hagrel was perhaps the most passive-aggressive person ever existed in Shattered Kingdoms.

Hellfire. Hagrel especially had really low HP and spell damage was a huge weakness, since as he stated he never put much effort into enchantments.

Man, I never got why you got so many hellfire kills. My elf only takes 9% damage from that spell and I don't even have any MP enchantments. That's after you've been throwing faerie fire on me. That spell is so laughable.

Naturally, because your paladin maxed HP trains.

This is a lie. I maxed out my mana trains. I'm currently working on maxing out hp trains.

That hellfire is also from a wand and I'm guessing on a succeeded save. Add to it that you've got GM protection, high level shield and probably sanc, and 9% sounds about right.

That's without sanc. I shot you in the face, remember?

Because Seago's player is just as impatient as I am, and impatient merc + impatient barb = lots and lots of stupid deaths. Not that we really cared. Riding around and doing [REDACTED] stuff with Seago was probably the best fun I had on Hagrel. Dying like a dumbass was great, and the YIM conversations afterwards were golden. "Man, we died like idiots." "Haha, yep." "Wanna do it again?" "[REDACTED] yeah." We kicked enough [REDACTED] (or felt like we did) to be happy with it at the end of the day. Man I loved Seago.
