I would just like to say that as a religion of insanity/pleasure/chaos under Yopparai the clothing thing was fine, but under Marfik with Chaos, Anarchy and Mayhem, I think the clerical restriction of clothing doesnt make sense. Mayhem is hard when you have to keep worrying about ruining your silk. It shoudl be light armor. |

Religion-based spells ranked quite high amongst first choices of many, so those in the light armor faiths will be getting something soon, hopefully. There was once a priest called Vaodan (in Marfik) who could tank Iron Citadel NPCs with light armor. His handle is/was Tedster, ask him! |

I could tank non-giant mercenaries with cloth armor, MV, and sanc. I could be persuaded that Marfik should be a light armor religion, though. |

It would throw the balance out of whack. Currently there are 6 religions who can wear light and 6 who can wear cloth. There are 5 gods, though 6 religions if you count both sides of ain who can wear heavy. |
