It'd be nice if you could just see who had HF flags in-game. This whole management thing just adds layers to the work list of people who already have plenty to do.

Or simply automate flag checking with a few counters, etc.

Hmm.. I'll see if I can tweak the recent count-per-day stuff for this.

Hrm counts-per-day wore off and I was away for a bit.

Still not impossible, but I'd still need a platform to run it from.

Remaining a manual process for now.
