Is this a bug that if you kill anything before them that they'll no longer let you buy or sell stuff with them? I kill other NPCs in front of the shopkeeper and then try to sell something and the shopkeepers always says this: A beautiful female deep-elf exclaims to you 'You think I don't remember?? Get lost!' |

Ch'zzyrm is a law area, although there is no judge, it works just like it would do in a normal city. |

That's right it is. You can even see crimes commited in chyz'mmm in your outlaw memory. |
