| Post subject: | whip reach |
I thought all whips could reach from the second row. I have: a Long Silver Whip, a beautifully-braided leather whip, and a barbed steel mesh whip... and only the barbed one can reach from the second row. I get the "Get to the front row" message on the other two. Is this a bug or are there actually whips that aren't long enough? |

They are not long enough. Examine their subtypes, experiment a little and you'll see which subtypes have reach. |

Size wouldn't matter. As for subtypes, simply *examine* the item. For example... Quote: exam whip
A coiled black energy whip lies here. This battle whip is a small-sized whip made of energy. The bold part is the subtype. Whips can be bullwhips, spiked chains, whips, riding crops and battle whips(perhaps I'm forgetting a subtype or two). |
