It's always gale-force in the city. Even when the wind is calm outside.

It's true, she only treats us like threads in some kind of tapestry that only she can see, I think she's just saying that and what she really does is make a yarn ball with our lives and tosses it for kittens to play with (because we all know sadal can't resist kittens.)

Seriously, though. The wind is almost always 25-30 miles per hour greater inside the city than outside.

Yesterday it was completely calm on the overworld exit, and 29 mph inside the gate.
