Not sure if this is a bug. Certain mentor level npc charms are unable to cast cure light when apprentice level ones can. |

They are either not a priest NPC, or there are intelligence restrictions due to their race. |

dwarven acolyte and shaman NPC from the circle both sitting for extra concentration. Cure light cant take THAT much concentration. I just wasn't sure if certain NPCs in certain areas have spell restrictions or this was a bug. |

A lot of NPCs aren't what they appear to be. |

Cast charm on a dwarf and he will have like -50 int. You will need to give him int mods. Oh, and NPCs are never really of the class shamans. |
