I buckle bars everywhere I go! They just can't keep up with my alcohol consumption. Or maybe its because I am so fat I literally make the bar buckle with my immense weight. |

Actually its not a bug. There is an explanation. I imagine Dulrik would share the explanation if he meant for it to be public knowledge. This isn't all bad, but it certainly may be a challenge and challenges can be cool! |

With the addition of kip and the fact that NPCs instantly and always succeed at using it, it's not a challenge, it's broken. |

The long and short is that NPCs get to cheat. Whatever, PvE was pretty easy anyways, it could have used a buff. |

Certain elite NPCs (certainly not all NPCs) belong to NPC-only classes that have skills picked from multiple PC-classes. It's been like this for quite awhile, but you must never have noticed until kip-up was added. Not a bug. |
