This is weird, because Lazeran is a Peacekeeper guard and Qulrokil is a Peacekeeper. I was in Empire territory where Qulrokil is banished. Lazeran should know better  .Code: [HP:100] [ME: 93] [PE: 99] (neutral )

Maybe for the same reasons law NPCs can be made into 'hounds' in enemy territory? |
