Shattered Kingdoms

I stopped playing Ssessil over a year ago after staging his death at the Hero's tournament where he didn't really die. I meant to drum up some RP after that but never really got around to it and assumed that he either died off from age or was deleted due to inactivity.

He was one of my favorite PK characters yet I never really made a solid RP background other than the fact that he was predictably unpredictable. There were two personalities I tried to stick to when RPing Ssessil. One was a child tripping on psychoactive drugs who was extremely playful and insane. The other, a serious killer attempting to spill as much blood as possible to further his own convoluted goals. This character is a prime example at the advantages and disadvantages of playing a necromancer. On one hand, I loved the idea that I could engage groups of characters as long as the character was well-prepared. The disadvantage was that a necromancer doesn't really have much of a role in the group-based NPC combat that makes the game entertaining. Ssessil didn't really have any other characters that he spent time with and ended up being more hated then I originally intended.

For all those that I spam-killed and hated this character... flame on!

I think Ixcenia was a better necromancer, but you did a good job of trolling newbies and guards. How other people feel about your character really doesn't matter, though; I'm glad to hear, at least implicitly, that you enjoyed playing him.

I was able to learn a lot about the game by interacting with your character. Thanks for sharing him with us.

Ssessil was kind of a jerk to Faerti, but of course, that was the point. Well-played, I guess. I heard lots of good RP things about you from Maraigh oocly.

Thinking back on Ssessil still makes me happy so thanks for being there.

Since I made the happy statement it brought up the first time I ever met Ssessil icly. I was afk in menegroth and he had two controls with him looking for MC'rs to gank. He saw me in the Algorab shrine and asked over CB if this silver haired deep-elf was MC. Kaniar being a [REDACTED] roomie of mine said yeah you know what I think he is, kill him. So i come back from whatever to find myself in the River and my room mate laughing his [REDACTED] off. At least this is how Kaniar explained it to me later on.



Plausible deniability like this is the entire reason I went harley with you guys.

My few characters that interacted with him he was always an evil [REDACTED]!

I enjoyed the limited interaction I had with this character while I played Aldric. A misunderstanding over lewt led to a few inconsequential PvPs, and then later on I think I enchanted a suit for you. When Ssessil started killing some of the MCers that Aldric didn't like, he told Ssessil to knock it off. I ended up giving those guys the boot, anyway, so I'll never know if Ssessil was going to honor that request. Ssessil seemed consistently RPed to me, and was competent in pk (I'm not going to give more praise than that because, I mean, he was a harlie delf necro). Anyways, GL with your next/current if you plan on continuing to play.

lol. Ssessil was a pain in the [REDACTED]. The few times Ealuriel worked with him were hilarious though.

Still remember using him to gank some Druid sorc's eq from their HQ. Good times.

I loved Ssessil. I cant tell you how many times Hanathena died to him but it was great fun! He was one of the most influential people in her life.

I know we had our share of battles. Terrac hated you but I totally respected your char. He was solid and kept in char at all times. I thought you did a great job, and if I can say that I am not sure there will be too many flames about him.....looking forward to your next!
